Pong Doubles turns the classic two-player table tennis formula into a team-based showdown. Four players split into pairs, with each group defending their side using two paddles. The front player handles quick returns while the back partner covers the wider angles, making communication and timing crucial. It’s fast, chaotic, and turns simple Pong into a test of teamwork. Atari’s 1973 follow-up adds little to the original mechanics but multiplies the fun by two people on each side.
