About

Possessioner is a 1994 Japanese adventure game where you control a team of women battling possessed enemies in a dystopian Tokyo. The story unfolds through menu-driven dialogue and point-and-click exploration, interrupted by basic turn-based combat. You’ll navigate a cyberpunk world where missing women return as brainwashed warriors, leading bionic monsters against humanity. Four fighters handle battles with straightforward attacks, but the lack of RPG depth keeps the focus on the eerie narrative. The game stands out for its explicit lesbian content and 90s-era visual novel style. Community tags label it dark, though limited data means details are scarce. With no character progression and a niche premise, it’s a curious artifact of early ’90s PC gaming. Fans of retro cyberpunk tales with unexpected twists might find its blend of body horror and squad-based action intriguing, just expect a rough ride with dated presentation.

Storyline

The year is 2035. A series of mysterious incidents began to occur in Tokyo. Young women disappeared under strange circumstances, and returned brainwashed, commanding armies of bionic monsters and assaulting human settlements. Such women were called "Possessioners". A special all-female squad was formed to face them in combat and bring them back to humanity.
