Project Shaolin is a third-person melee RPG currently in development at Brass Lion Entertainment. You fight through waves of enemies using fast-paced combat that centers on four distinct weapon styles like single or dual swords. The studio behind this title was formed by Manveer Heir and will feature full co-op support for up to four players on PC and Xbox Series X|S. Music plays a huge role here, with the Wu-Tang Clan involved directly in the soundtrack creation. What sets this apart is the deep integration of hip-hop beats into every swing and parry. Producer Just Blaze has re-imagined much of the group's catalog specifically for the action sequences. You will scavenge loot and gear from defeated foes while moving through levels that react to the heavy bass lines driving the gameplay. This collaboration brings a specific energy that few other hack-and-slash games attempt to match right now.
