Propagation Paradise Hotel casts you as Emily Diaz trapped in a derelict hotel where a mysterious disease has turned guests into violent predators. Armed with scavenged weapons and limited resources you navigate dimly lit corridors and crumbling rooms to scavenge supplies and avoid detection. The tension comes from tight stealth mechanics and sudden bursts of action as you balance exploration with survival. Each floor holds clues about the outbreak and your sister’s location but the real challenge is outlasting the growing swarm of hostile mutations. The game leans heavily into VR to amplify its scares with claustrophobic spaces and sudden jump moments. Players report the environmental storytelling through audio logs and scattered notes adds depth to the decaying setting. While Metacritic scores hover around 70 it has a dedicated following for its relentless pacing and effective use of headset movement to disorient. Be warned the difficulty spikes sharply in later chapters where crafting tools and ammo become scarce making every decision feel high stakes.
You play as Emily Diaz, who has been barricaded in the kitchens of the Paradise Hotel for more than two weeks. A strange illness installed an atmosphere of terror as people started to mutate into ferocious monsters. In this chaos, you will have to save your sister. After intercepting one of her radio messages, you set out to find her. You will have to move in a hostile environment, and gather your courage to survive. Will you be able to face the horrors lurking in the hotel?
