You’re either hiding or hunting, in Prophunt, one side blends into environments while the other uncovers secrets. Play as a Prop using camo skills to merge with objects in ruined cities and industrial wastelands or join Hunters tracking down impostors. Choose stealthy evasion or aggressive tactics with co-op support letting you coordinate searches or deceive together. Maps span collapsed urban areas to radioactive bunkers adding variety to each match. Set in a world where corporations fight over dead zones after resource collapse the game layers strategic depth on top of its core mechanics. While some maps feel repetitive others praise the mix of stealth and action. Released in 2021 it maintains a small but active player base with regular updates keeping the experience fresh for those who enjoy tactical hiding and chasing.

Storyline

As a Prop, use the environment as your playground to deceive your enemies. Use your camouflage abilities to blend in with objects. Use your abilities strategically to survive as long as possible. As a Hunter, relentlessly track down and harass the Props. Coordinate your search to flush out the impostors. Choose how to play with your abilities: from a more aggressive style to a more thoughtful one. The world has descended into global geopolitical chaos. Following the expiration of the 1959 Antarctic Treaty, coupled with the significant depletion of the world's oil resources, the major military powers have engaged in all-out war for control of the White Continent's oil, leading to the near-total collapse of governments. Private companies—all militarized—now dominate what remains of the world and battle each other over polluted territories unsuitable for human life, often using machines and robots. Play as rival agents of these corporations in their private wars across the globe: from the rooftops of abandoned cities, through deserted industrial zones, to nuclear bunkers.
