Pure Pinball lets you knock around three themed 3D tables, Racing, War, and Trains, each with multiple flippers and special modes. Choose from 12 camera angles to track the action however you like zooming in on the ball or panning out for the full scene. The tables use real-time graphics to keep things smooth and responsive letting you focus on chaining combos and triggering multiball chaos. The game’s physics engine stands out calculating ball movement over 1500 times per second for precise flipper feedback. Developer Iridon Interactive AB released it in 2003 and while it’s been around a while the core mechanics hold up for fans of classic pinball with a modern sheen. The War table’s destructible elements and Trains table’s rolling tracks add variety to the usual pinball routine.
