Quadremor is a first person shooter set in a bleak multiverse where humanity’s remnants seek vengeance after being nearly wiped out. Developed by Voxelvoid and released in 2026, the game drops you into the 23rd century as a lone mercenary chasing interdimensional monsters through twisted realms. You navigate a hostile dimension teeming with creatures that enslaved or killed humans, armed with teleporting tech and heavy firepower. The game blends single player campaigns with multiplayer modes, offering both solo survival and team-based combat. Its story centers on revenge against a monstrous force that returned to Earth, now requiring you to stop their resurgence. The setting is grim, the stakes are high, and the gameplay leans into fast-paced shooting with a focus on environmental hazards and dimension-hopping mechanics.
In Quadremor, you spend most of your time in first-person combat, using a mix of rifles, grenades, and portal-based teleporters to outmaneuver enemies. Missions involve clearing wave-based hordes, breaching fortified bases, and navigating collapsing environments. The game emphasizes tight gunplay with quick reloads and a stamina system that limits sprinting and melee strikes. Multiplayer modes include deathmatch, team deathmatch, and a cooperative campaign against AI-controlled bosses. Boss fights require learning attack patterns and exploiting elemental weaknesses. The dimension-hopping mechanic allows you to jump between alternate realities mid-combat, which can disorient enemies or reveal hidden paths. You gather resources to upgrade gear, but crafting is minimal, most customization focuses on weapon attachments and armor perks. The pacing is relentless, with little downtime between firefights.
Community feedback for Quadremor is polarized but largely positive. It holds an 8.4/10 PlayPile score with 62% of players rating it as “Recommend.” Average completion time is 13.8 hours, and 28% of users finish all 12 main story missions. Community moods are split: 65% report “Angry” or “Frustrated,” often citing repetitive missions and low health pools, while 35% feel “Determined” or “Gritty.” Achievement completion stands at 47%, with 130+ total achievements including “Slaughter 500 enemies” and “Defeat the boss in under 2 minutes.” Review snippets highlight praise for the “intense atmosphere and chaotic multiplayer” but criticism for the “shallow progression and overpowered early-game enemies.”
Quadremor is best for players who crave fast-paced, high-intensity shooters with a grim narrative. It offers a $39.99 price point with optional multiplayer, making it a decent pick for $10 price drops. The combat is satisfying but punishing, and the story lacks nuance, though the revenge angle keeps it engaging. If you enjoy games like Borderlands with added teleportation gimmicks, give it a shot. Skip if you prefer slower-paced, story-driven experiences. The game’s flaws are noticeable but don’t outright ruin the experience.
In the 23rd century, humanity got so technologically advanced it could colonize other planets of the solar system with ease. This colonization lead to discoveries of numerous alternative energy sources - which helped with developing first teleporting devices. People started to explore worlds in other dimensions. They contacted many friendly interdimensional species and gathered a lot of valuable data. Unfortunately, one of the dimensions proved to be very hostile towards human race. Monsters killed every member of one of the expeditions, grouped together into a huge army and got into our world through an open portal. After 2 weeks of fighting, humanity got almost entirely annihilated. Monsters returned to their homeworld not knowing that you - one of the last human mercenaries and a war veteran - followed them. The game takes place in a hostile dimension called Quadremor. It's a true multiverse full of twisted creatures who want every other race to be either dead or enslaved by them. You have to find and kill every one of these monsters and make sure that nothing from this dimension will ever get to our world again.
