Rally: The Final Round of the World Rally Championship started life as a prototype for the Super Nintendo before JVC and Europress Software decided to shelve it. Players take control of rally cars on dirt and asphalt tracks in a single player mode that tests driving skills against varied terrain. The game never saw a full commercial release, so this version remains one of the few playable examples of what might have been. The real draw here is the rarity of finding this unfinished SNES project at all. No community ratings exist for it since nobody could play it until now. It stands out purely because it represents a lost piece of racing history that fans never got to see in the eighties. Most people know about the official releases, but this prototype offers a glimpse into an alternate timeline for the franchise.
