Reaction is a frantic physics puzzle game where players steer falling blocks with a swinging paddle. Your goal is to push pieces into colored drop zones before the screen overflows and triggers a reset. The challenge grows as shapes tumble faster and collide unpredictably forcing quick adjustments. Single player focuses on survival while split screen and online multiplayer add competitive chaos as you race against another human. The game’s tight controls and escalating difficulty make it addictive for casual sessions or focused high score chases. Split screen supports local duels which feels surprisingly responsive for a physics-driven game. Leaderboards track top times but the real charm is in its simplicity, no fluff just you a paddle and a collapsing grid of shapes.
Some pieces move, some pieces fall, a piece or two might end up tumbling some more. At least that's how things usually go during your average game of Reaction. You swing your paddle left and right in order to push the pieces towards the evacuation shafts, gaining some of that precious little time before the play area inevitably spills and it's game over. "Aha", I hear you say, "so it’s a physics puzzler of sorts!" And that is correct. You can play it alone or with a friend in multiplayer, you can go at it in short bursts or try to crack those elusive high score spots.
