You’re a defender in a world under attack. Red Alert casts you as the last line of defense for six cities swarming with hostile forces. Waves of aircraft including planes helicopters and bombers descend relentlessly as you scramble to shoot them down before they hit the ground. The action never slows from start to finish as each level ramps up the chaos with faster enemies and more explosive ordnance. You can play alone or team up with a friend for split screen co op. What keeps you coming back is the sheer intensity. Every second counts as you juggle targeting and movement against waves that grow more brutal. The simple controls make it easy to jump in but mastering the timing to survive past the third city is another story entirely.
