Reign of Fire casts you as either a resistance fighter or a dragon in a war for survival. In the human mode you pilot armored vehicles and wield heavy firepower to reach the last male dragon's lair. The dragon perspective lets you unleash fire and fury on enemy outposts. Both sides face intense action sequences and environmental challenges. The game's dual roles offer contrasting gameplay but few surprises in either path. Vehicle customization and explosive set pieces keep the action varied. Older titles on modern systems may show some age but the core combat remains functional. Community feedback notes the campaign is brief but direct with little filler.
