Re:TAKE is a 2D side scrolling adventure where you fight hordes of enemies alongside friends. You play as characters who can upgrade their stats and collect rare items to unlock new spells. The world features monsters you can tame as pets and giant bosses that require teamwork to defeat. The story starts when a kingdom gets attacked by skeletons and a black dragon emerging from a strange flying object. Players call the entity from that ship the Demon King, and it sets the stage for all the action ahead. This title stands out because its co-op mode lets you jump in with friends to tackle tough battles without needing perfect timing. The character progression feels rewarding since finding specific gear changes how you fight. There are plenty of skills to discover as you play through the levels. KU designed the game so that building your party and choosing the right pets makes a real difference in survival. It runs well on both PC and Switch, making it easy to grab and play with others nearby or online.
