Retro Rockets lets you choose sides in a chaotic space showdown. Play as Destructo a robot chasing down Retronauts while sabotaging orbiting stations. Or join the Retronauts to activate defenses and stop Destructo from crashing the place. The game blends fast movement with simple controls making it easy to pick up but tricky to master. Teamwork matters most when defending but solo runs as Destructo can turn the tide quickly. The split between aggressive hunters and coordinated defenders creates tense back-and-forth moments. Co-op play shines when Retronauts communicate and prioritize tasks. Multiplayer matches stay lively thanks to shifting roles and quick respawns. While the retro aesthetic feels familiar the tight mechanics keep things fresh. It’s a pick-up-and-play title that works best with friends but still holds up for solo practice sessions.
