Rise of Humanity is a strategy game built around card management and tactical decision making. You collect and upgrade units through a deck-building system while managing a roster of heroes who lead your missions. Each playthrough shifts as characters fall in combat and new combinations emerge. The goal is to outmaneuver an evolving AI threat through careful resource allocation and adaptive strategies. The game’s strength lies in its tight feedback loop of loss and reinvention. Every mission feels like a gamble with real stakes as heroes you rely on can be permanently lost. While the narrative hinges on stopping a rogue AI, the real hook is the escalating tension between short term survival and long term planning. Storyline

The Hivemind project resulted in the most powerful AI created by mankind. At the time we didn’t know better than letting it control all of our automated work force. A disaster waiting to happen as the AI went rogue.
