Robodemons is a side-scrolling shooter that mixes platforming with arcade-style combat. You play as a warrior armed with a boomerang, fighting through seven distinct levels guarded by King Kull’s robotic demon army. Each stage blends running jumps, precise aiming, and timed attacks to clear hordes of enemies and break through obstacles. The weapon mechanics feel tight, with the boomerang returning to hand or bouncing between foes, adding a layer of strategy to chaotic firefights. The game stands out for its varied level design and escalating difficulty. Each gate introduces new enemy types and environmental hazards, keeping the gameplay fresh. Though the 1990s-era sprite work is simple, the pacing remains addictive, demanding quick reflexes and memorization of enemy patterns.
