Rockman Complete Works: Rockman bundles six classic NES/Famicom platform games into one package. You control Rock, a robot upgraded to fight Dr. Wily's army of rogue helper bots. Each game features side-scrolling levels filled with enemies, power-ups, and a final boss whose unique attack style becomes your new weapon. Progress through stages to challenge Wily's fortress and reclaim the corrupted robots. The collection preserves the tight controls and challenging design of the original 1980s titles while adding updated visuals for PlayStation systems. Players can tackle each game separately or as a full package, with stages growing progressively complex as new abilities unlock. Though only released in Japan, the set remains a sought-after archive for fans of retro platforming. All six titles launched August 5, 1999 on PlayStation and later ported to PlayStation 3 and Portable.

Storyline

In Rockman, Dr. Wily has reprogrammed six of Dr. Light's helper robots and wants to take over the world. Only Rock, Dr. Light's best assistant, wasn't reprogrammed, and decides to battle Dr. Wily and stop his evil plan. So Dr. Light gives him an upgrade to turn him into a fighter robot. Thus, Rockman was born! Now you must help Rockman get through Dr. Wily's army of robots and stop his plans before it's too late!
