RTO 2 is a side-scrolling first-person shooter where you manage a squad of six through four mission-based chapters. Each run features randomly generated layouts and permadeath mechanics that force tough decisions under pressure. Players balance ammo, health, and positioning while fending off waves of enemies in tense, wave-based combat.
