Run Higher is a simple yet frantic running game where you sprint through levels dodging obstacles that drop and roll toward you. Your health bar counts how many hits you can take before respawning, so timing your jumps and rolls matters. Power-ups include a health refill to extend your run and a shield that blocks incoming hazards temporarily. After each run you earn XP to unlock more stages or spend on silly hats that tweak your look but not your stats. The focus stays on quick reflexes and improving your fastest time through each map. The game currently has ten levels with increasing difficulty and ten cosmetic hats, all playable on PC. While the core loop of dodging and upgrading feels familiar, the tight controls and instant restarts keep things snappy. No multiplayer or story elements here, just pure arcade action. Fresh to Steam this summer, it’s a compact pick-up-and-play option for fans of quick reflex challenges.

Storyline

Run Higher Run Higher is an exciting game with multiple unlockable levels where your goal is to run to the top in each level. Your best time is recorded, so you can constantly challenge yourself to improve. But beware! This is not just a simple running game—objects are constantly falling from above, rolling towards you, and you must skillfully dodge them. If you get hit too many times, you will have to start over. Your survival depends on your health bar, which shows how many hits you can take. Fortunately, there are two different power-ups that can help you: 1. Health Refill Restores your health bar so you can last longer. 2. Power Shield Gives you a shield for a few seconds that deflects all falling objects. When you successfully complete a race, you earn XP (experience points), which you need to unlock new levels. Alternatively, you can trade your XP for fun hats that you can wear in each race to customize your character. Currently, there are 10 different levels and a total of 10 different hats. Future updates are planned to include more features, as well as new levels and hats to make the game even more exciting.
