Sandwalkers is a turn-based strategy game with roguelike elements where you assemble a team of adventurers to navigate dangerous, shifting environments. Each run involves managing resources, surviving environmental hazards, and battling enemies while uncovering fragments of a lost world. Your choices and collected knowledge influence future expeditions as you work toward restoring a mythical tree that could change the fate of your people. Combat emphasizes positioning and unit abilities, requiring careful planning to overcome procedurally generated threats. What sets Sandwalkers apart is its blend of tactical depth and narrative-driven exploration. The tribal lore and high-stakes missions create tension as every decision impacts survival. With procedural maps and permadeath risks, no two journeys feel the same. Launching April 8, 2025, it’s available on PC Windows, Switch, Linux, and Mac. Storyline

Every decade, the Mka tribe sends caravans of adventurers into the Phithi, the meteorological chaos that keeps the Uwando tribes isolated from each other and makes life outside the refuges almost impossible. Their mission: to establish diplomatic and trade relations, to explore and reclaim the lands left to the mercy of monsters and pirates, and, most importantly, to plant a new tree city that can become a refuge for the Mka and their allies. Regardless of the success or failure of their mission, the caravans must send the memories they have gained back to the capital, using the crystospheres carried by traveling beetles.
