Storyline

In 2050, a powerful corporation named ShawCorp developed a miracle cure for illness—until things went horribly wrong. In a final act of desperation, nuclear warheads were deployed by ShawCorp themselves. But the radiation only made the infected stronger and more enraged. Now, a century later, civilization is buried in sand. Most structures lie in ruins. Only scattered survivors and horrific infected remain.
