It's a short, absurd experience that leans into the uncanny valley of a familiar face twisted into something unsettling. What sets it apart is the sheer audacity of recontextualizing a nostalgic figure into a nightmare fuel protagonist. The game doesn't aim for depth or story but leans into its niche premise with cartoonish aggression. Released in May 2024 by Neumont College of Computer Science, it's a student project that leans hard into its premise without pretense. Short, silly, and intentionally off-putting, it’s a brief but memorable exercise in reverse nostalgia.
