You’re herding trouble in this puzzle game where you guide a shepherd through a forest crawling with wolves. Your job is to track down lost sheep and lead them to safety using their unique skills. Each wooly companion has a special trait like jumping or pushing objects which you’ll use to crack environmental puzzles. The challenge is balancing escape routes with the need to keep your flock from predators. Made by a single developer this indie project has a charming hand-drawn look and a lighthearted tone that masks its tricky mechanics. It released in 2019 and still holds a 78 on Metacritic with praise for its clever level design. The wolf threats add urgency but the real draw is the creativity required to herd your flock through obstacles. Playable on PC with a runtime around five hours it’s a brisk puzzle adventure with a cozy twist.
