Shootagem is a puzzle game that uses a lightgun to aim and shoot colored gems arranged in a grid. Firing at a gem removes it and causes others to fall, creating chains and matches. Players score points by lining up three or more of the same color. The screen fills with new gems over time while a countdown timer pushes urgency. Clearing larger groups adds more time and triggers chain reactions. As rounds progress, unbreakable rocks clutter the board, forcing players to shoot them directly to keep things moving.
