This is a cancelled project from WayForward Technologies that never made it past the prototype stage. The team built a single room demo in 2006 using assets and characters straight out of Silent Hill 2. Players could explore this small space as the main protagonist to get a feel for how the studio planned to adapt the horror franchise for the Nintendo DS hardware. Nothing more exists beyond this one room, so there are no community ratings or completion stats to share. The real draw is seeing what the developers attempted before halting production on their own Silent Hill title. It serves as a rare glimpse into an unused version of the series rather than a full game experience. Collectors and fans of the franchise might find this prototype interesting just because it represents a path not taken by the original creators.
