SiN Multiplayer is the standalone version of the online component for Ritual Entertainment’s 2000 first-person shooter SiN. Separated from the main game in 2006, it adds dedicated multiplayer support with deathmatch, team deathmatch, and co-op modes. Built for PC and launched on Steam, it uses updated server-browser tech but relies on existing SiN assets and mechanics. Players needing the base game can install it separately through SiN Gold, which bundled the multiplayer component in 2020. The co-op mode remains a highlight for fans of classic shooters, letting two players team up for survival scenarios. While the 2006 release was short-lived on Steam, community reports say it still runs smoothly for those who installed it before its removal. With no new content beyond original SiN’s 1998 launch, it appeals more to series completists than newcomers.
