Storyline

Skogdal is an idyllic remote rural small town in Norway during the 90's. But one night, suddenly everything changed, and the people of Skogdal went mad. This is an adventure deckbuilding card game where you have to recruit followers, draft cards and explore the town of Skogdal across multiple runs, to solve the mystery of the game. Skogdal is made by the Norwegian brothers Erlend Kirkebø and Kay Arne Kirkebø. It's a game that both pays homage to, and makes fun of their upbringining in a Norwegian small town during the 90's. Skogdal also takes inspiration from great deckbuilder games, as well as retro sci-fi mystery in it's narrative.
