Snake Rattle 'n' Roll casts you as Rattle and Roll, two plucky snakes scaling 3D isometric mazes. Each level is a labyrinth of hazards where you wriggle through tight spaces, gobble up Nibbley Pibbleys, and hit a target weight to unlock exits. The challenge grows with every stage as you juggle tightrope walks, spinning fans, and venom-spitting villains. Play alone or team up for split-screen co-op, though your partner might just trip you up for fun. For 1990, the pseudo-3D visuals felt sharp and the physics added real tension, slipping on ice or getting zapped by laser grids keeps things frantic. It's survived in the Rare Replay collection, where over a million players have taken on the 11 levels.
