Snowy: Treasure Hunter by Aliasworlds Entertainment is a puzzle platformer where you guide a bear through digging-filled levels to collect hidden treasures. Each world, Egyptian, Greek, and Norse, has 20 stages packed with traps, pitfalls, and enemies. You control Snowy’s movements and digging to avoid hazards like collapsing tunnels, mechanical traps, and hostile creatures. Some levels require finding keys to progress, adding a layer of strategy to the platforming. The game mixes simple controls with timing challenges, forcing you to plan paths carefully to grab every item without getting stuck. The game stands out for its distinct visual themes across three worlds and varied level design. Players appreciate the gradual difficulty curve, with training stages and kid-friendly options alongside tougher challenges. While the 2005 release date means it’s showing its age graphically, the core mechanics remain solid. Community feedback highlights the satisfying mix of exploration and problem-solving, though some note the lack of modern polish. If you enjoy methodical platforming with a focus on avoiding self-made mistakes, this one’s worth a look.
Upon his return from his recent adventures in space, Snowy The Bear decides that he's developed quite an interest in collecting treasures. Grabbing hold of a pick-axe, Snowy will travel to three different worlds in order to scamper around platforms and outwit enemies while collecting plenty of treasures. If he's lucky he'll outrun and outsmart the Cyclopses, Barbarians, and Mummies that are guarding these said treasures. But Snowy shouldn't fear because he's also going to get help from explosives and traps which will aid him in his quest.
