-Space Hunter- casts you as Kolt, a bounty hunter caught in a framing job after a prisoner breaks free in the neon-soaked city of Trashopolis. Playable entirely through point-and-click interactions, the game leans on inventory puzzles and dialogue choices to advance its sci-fi noir story. You’ll navigate cramped apartments, gritty bars, and the endless desert beyond the city’s edges, chasing clues while avoiding guards who’ll arrest you on sight. The interface is straightforward but dated, with context-sensitive actions and a minimal map to keep you oriented. The game’s strongest elements are its characters and setting. Trashopolis feels lived-in with its patchwork architecture and grizzled denizens, while the desert sequences introduce wilder moments like a talking pumpkin named Skar, who becomes an unlikely ally. Though it lacks modern polish, the 2010 release still holds up for fans of old-school narrative adventures. With roughly six hours of content and a handful of branching choices, it’s a brief but cohesive tale of betrayal and redemption in a world where trust is scarce.
Kolt the bounty hunter finds himself in the great Trashopolis, a huge agglomeration of bluish buildings surrounded by a rough desert. It looks like any other day at first, until an evil man manages to escape from prison. He makes Kolt look like the culprit, making him in all respects a wanted man that must leave the city asap. Only in the desert he will find the help he needs, offered by none other than the legendary bounty hunter, Skar the Pumpkin.
