Splasher is a 2D platformer where you wield a paint cannon to rescue captive characters from a dystopian factory. Each color of paint grants distinct abilities like bouncing, wall-climbing, or confusing enemies to progress through over 20 levels. Boss battles and time trial modes add replayability while the single-player story follows a straightforward mission to overthrow the factory’s tyrannical leader. The game’s challenge is reflected in its achievements 47 total with 19% average completion. The rarest trophy “True Speedrunner” sits at just 1.8% unlocked hinting at the difficulty for top players. Available on PS4 PC Xbox One Switch and more since 2017 it blends fast action with puzzle elements for a concise but tough indie experience.
