You’re one of the last surviving crew members on a doomed spaceship in 1967. The mission to explore distant galaxies has gone sideways, 20 started, five remain. Your goal is simple: survive long enough to tell the tale. The game leans into retro sci-fi vibes with grainy visuals and synth-heavy sound design. Each playthrough pits you against one of 17 monsters, each with distinct behaviors. Some are nods to classic horror films, others are outright absurd. You’ll scavenge resources, avoid detection, and hope luck is on your side. The voice work stands out. Actors play exaggerated roles, a closet-trapped maintenance worker, a pilot yelling final warnings, adding dry humor to the chaos. Developer Dave Microwaves Games keeps things low-budget but intentionally campy, blending survival mechanics with B-movie charm. Though it’s a niche title, it’s gained a cult following for its weirdness and replayability. The monster variety and retro aesthetic make it memorable, even if the execution leans more "quirky" than polished.
