Strike Force casts you as a space marine fighting through alien-infested planets. You blast through side-scrolling levels shooting waves of enemies while rescuing trapped colonists. Each level ends with a showdown against the alien mothership using weapons you gather during the mission. The controls are tight and responsive making it easy to duck behind cover or unleash a barrage of fire. This 1991 arcade title from Midway has aged well thanks to its fast pace and clear objectives.
