Sudoku Original asks you to fill a nine by nine grid so every row, column and block contains digits one through nine without repeating any number. You start with some cells already filled in and must use logic to figure out the rest. The game offers a wide range of puzzles that get harder as you progress through the difficulty levels. It is a straight single player experience on Windows, Linux and Mac where you just need your brain and a bit of patience to solve each grid. The title includes 65 achievements but only about 17 percent of players unlock them on average. This low success rate suggests the later puzzles are quite tricky for most people. The simple interface keeps the focus entirely on the numbers rather than flashy graphics or sound effects. It feels like a pure test of mental math and pattern recognition without any distractions. You can play it offline at any time to take a break from more action packed games.
