Super Fruit Ninja is a fast slice 'em up from Halfbrick Studios that brings back the basics with a few new twists. You’ll flick your way through four single-player modes, hacking apart fruit chains before they stack offscreen. The core loop stays simple, aim, cut, repeat, but now you can charge up juice canisters to trigger a flashy power move called Juice Jitsu. There’s also Truffles, a goofy dog that occasionally tosses obstacles your way and demands pats between rounds. The whole thing’s wrapped in the same cheerful chaos that made the original popular, with added visual polish for visionOS. The game leans heavily into its new power-up system, letting players unleash bursts of destruction on waves of melons and mangos. While it doesn’t introduce major mechanics from its 2024 release, the updated physics and responsive controls earn praise from early testers. At just under two hours of gameplay, it’s a quick, fruity distraction that’ll appeal to longtime fans but won’t reinvent the genre. The vibrant art style and Truffles’ random antics keep things lighthearted, even as you chase high scores.
