Storyline

Peace hangs in the balance as Mario and friends take on Bowser and his loyal minions using the freshly retrieved Power Stars to rid the land of the Koopa King once and for all. Little did the All-Stars know that Bowser secretly made alliances with a sinister foe, Master Hand, who repelled our heroes at the most crucial moment during the fight. Three of the four Power Stars were scattered along with Mario and friends, and Bowser greedily obtained the one remaining. Empowered by the star, Bowser reassembled his minions and sent them on a search for the others. In the meantime, Bowser would continue to amass his armies to issue a final assault of his own on the Mushroom Kingdom. But Master Hand had plans of his own...
