Each catch earns 5 points with 45 needed to advance through sections and unlock harder levels. The glass shatters if you miss too many, and a mischievous caterpillar adds to the mayhem. Temporary respites come in the form of a "happy hour" invincibility mode and a sponge that clears spilled droplets. What sticks out is the beer brand’s cheeky integration. Players could save high scores to a disk and mail them to the brewer for a shot at game prizes. The blend of reflex-challenging action and promotional gimmickry feels oddly ahead of its time.
