About

Tablemen drops players into a steampunk world where real time strategy meets virtual reality on PC. You command units to seize resource points scattered across the map while fighting off enemy forces. Each captured point generates the materials needed to build more troops, letting you grow your army until you are ready to storm the opponent's fort. The game supports both single player campaigns against AI and multiplayer matches where you can pit your skills against a friend or other online rivals. The VR perspective changes how you manage battles compared to traditional mouse and keyboard RTS games. You physically move units through the terrain rather than clicking distant icons, which makes resource defense feel more immediate. Stenkross Studios built this with competitive play in mind, focusing on base capture mechanics that reward holding ground over long periods. Storyline

The game is won by capturing your opponents fort. To do this you need units and to get units you need resources. To gain these valuable resources you need to capture and hold so called resourcepoints that are located throughout the battlefield. To capture a resourcepoint simply walk your units into it, eradicate all traces of the enemy and then it's yours. Usually there will be three to five resourcepoints on a map. When you have captured a resourcepoint it will start to produce resources for you. These resources are then spent on making more troops so that you can capture more resourcepoints or harder contest those you allready got. When you feel you have a sufficient army you march for the enemys base and win the game.
