Techno Cop is a fast-paced first-person shooter where you sprint through parkour-style obstacle courses. You start each level with just seven seconds to move forward, but killing enemies extends your clock instantly. The design focuses entirely on speed and precision as you race against the timer while dodging hazards. This small project was built around setting high scores and beating friends on leaderboards rather than a deep narrative or long campaign. The game originally teased at PAX events in 2017 before the team shifted focus to their larger title Ghostrunner. Even though it never saw a full commercial release, players still find value in its tight mechanics and frantic pacing. The developer Slipgate Studios created this experience with a clear goal of testing how well short time limits could drive action gameplay. It remains a niche pick for those who enjoy pure shooting challenges without extra fluff or complex story elements.
