Terminal Defense puts you in the boots of an overworked antivirus program fighting off a digital outbreak. You control a character that moves across the screen to shoot down incoming malware while dodging their attacks. The game runs on a simple arcade loop where destroying enemies drops ammo and health packs for your survival. Your main job is to rack up points by staying alive longer than the last run, pushing through waves that get harder with every minute you survive. This setup feels tight and focused on pure reflexes rather than complex systems. Players often talk about how quickly the difficulty ramps up once you hit the mid-game marks. Storyline

You play as an antivirus program, who's owner has installed one too many viruses. Your goal is to survive and eliminate as many of the viruses as possible.
