You play as Spider-Man on a Game Boy, dodging obstacles and throwing punches in side-scrolling levels. You can shoot webs to swing between gaps or cling to ceilings but most of your moves are fists and kicks. Two sections switch to vertical climbing where you navigate upward while avoiding enemies and debris trying to push you off. The spider sense alerts you a few seconds before threats appear letting you plan moves. Developed by Rare and published by LJN in 1990 it's a straightforward adaptation of the 1981 arcade game. The simple mechanics and timing challenges make it a nostalgic pick for classic gamers.
