2 The Corpsmen is a roguelite deck-builder that swaps cards for creatures. You assemble teams of beasts and send them into procedurally generated zones to fight, scavenge, and evolve. Each creature adapts based on how you equip and deploy it. Over time they gain skills and traits that reflect your playstyle. Progress isn't about grinding stats but engineering synergies between your monsters. Every run reshapes the world and your squad's potential. What sets this apart is the focus on creature design as strategy. Instead of choosing spells or weapons, you craft hybrid monsters by mixing body parts and abilities. A slime with claws might become a tank, while a bird with fire resistance becomes a scout. Early choices lock in permanent traits that ripple through future encounters. With 40+ distinct monster types and 100+ modular components, most players report 30+ hours before seeing all possible combinations.
