It’s a cat-and-mouse battle with a twist. In six rounds split evenly between feline and rodent, the mouse earns points by gobbling cheese. Players hold the action button to chow down, longer presses mean fatter rewards. But watch out: lingering too long in one spot makes the cat strike. The mouse can grow massive by scarfing enough cheese, temporarily shrugging off attacks. This 1982 oddity leans into its simple but clever mechanic: size as a power-up. The mouse’s temporary invincibility adds urgency to its cheese run while the cat’s relentless pursuit tightens the tension. Running on Odyssey 2 and Videopac G7000, it’s a relic of early arcade design where minimalism thrived. Not many games let you win by getting literally bigger than the enemy, this one does.
