About

The Witch and the Hundred Knight 2 blends action RPG and beat ’em up mechanics with a dark fantasy story. You play as Amalie, a girl searching for her sister after she returns from an eerie disappearance with a forehead mark that signals a deadly infection. Team up with a group of warriors to battle hordes of corrupted enemies using a mix of melee attacks, special moves, and mana-based abilities. The gameplay focuses on real-time combat with a focus on dodging, chaining strikes, and managing resources during intense fights. The game’s strongest points are its fast combat and emotionally charged narrative. Nippon Ichi Software’s polish is evident in the fluid action and character depth. Though the story leans into heavy themes, the bond between Amalie and her sister drives much of the urgency. Released in 2017 for PlayStation 4, it offers a single-player journey that leans into grim settings and personal stakes. Fans of action RPGs with a mix of hack-and-slash combat and story-driven quests often highlight its pacing and visual design as key draws.
