Thunder Jumper is an indie action game where you zip across open terrain using rocket boots and a grapple hook. Your goal is to dismantle Motorhead's large factories while chasing ever-increasing speed. The core loop revolves around momentum: swing, boost, and smash through obstacles in a relentless push forward. There’s no cap on how fast you can go which means every run is a test of reflexes and route planning. The game thrives on its pure speedrunning energy and tight controls. Without velocity limits it rewards aggressive playstyles and creative shortcuts. While the story and setting are secondary to the core mechanics the sheer adrenaline of pushing your personal best keeps things engaging. Thunder Jumper launched on PC in September 2024 and has since drawn praise for its addictive loop and minimalist design.
