You play as Dan Nelson, an ordinary student in 1993 Los Angeles who gets pulled into a fight for survival against a group called Romedrux. This gang plans to stop a future crime-fighting invention by killing your future son Kane or his ancestors. You jump between different time periods to dodge enemies and solve puzzles while trying to keep the timeline safe. The action moves fast as you switch eras to outsmart attackers who want to erase the Clear System before it ever exists.
