About

Too Impatient follows a high schooler’s afterlife struggle after a preventable accident dooms him to eternal torment. As the boy, you navigate a surreal mix of RPG dialogue choices and logic puzzles to convince a sadistic demon to let you relive your final moments. The gameplay leans into absurdist humor and moral ambiguity as you piece together how your actions, both in life and death, affect two possible endings. The story unfolds through fragmented scenes, blending puzzle-solving with narrative twists that force you to reconsider cause and effect. The game’s darkly comedic tone and low-stakes premise hide a surprisingly sharp critique of human recklessness. While brief, its 90-minute runtime packs a punch with minimalist art and snappy writing that subverts typical horror tropes. Indie fans looking for something offbeat might appreciate its irreverent take on fate and regret. Developer Lynis keeps things tight, avoiding over-explanation in favor of letting the strangeness speak for itself.
