Trapped Dead casts you as two college boys stranded in a dying 80s town overrun by the infected. You switch between Mike and Gerald in real time, using cover, throwing grenades, and coordinating attacks to survive waves of zombies. The isometric view forces careful positioning as you scavenge ammo, avoid detection, and clear buildings bit by bit. Co-op play adds tension as you and a friend must balance individual tactics with shared objectives. The retro horror vibe leans hard into B-movie charm with pixelated gore and synth-heavy soundtracks. While it never quite hits the same highs as its Commandos-era inspirations, the mix of strategy and action keeps it gripping for fans of methodical survival gameplay. Storyline

Our story takes place in the early 80s in a small town names Hedge Hill near Kansas City, Missouri. The sowing of a new genetically modified type of corn caused the existence of a new virus which mutated through the natural food chain. A dog bite of an infected animal caused a local outbreak of the virus which rapidly infected the inhabitants of the idyl- lic provincial town. Mike and Gerald, two college boys, are thrown into the middle of a terrifying horror scenario. Having pulled over to a gas station near Hedge Hill during what was meant to be an enjoyable road trip, they are unaware of the virus which has already reached the gas station and its staff...
