Trapt casts you as a princess cursed by a demon who grants her deadly powers. In this single-player RPG strategy game, you guide Allura through maze-like rooms placing traps to ambush enemies. Bombs burst from floors, spikes erupt from walls, and swinging metal balls drop from ceilings. The goal is to chain multiple traps into lethal combos while dodging foes. Each enemy has weaknesses and some areas block trap placement adding layers of planning. The story follows Allura’s escape after being framed for murder while figuring out her demonic possession through gothic horror narrative. The game’s standout is its risk-reward trap system that forces creative problem-solving. With nine traps per room you balance stealth and offense as enemies grow smarter. Environmental puzzles and demon lore unfold through 15+ hours of gameplay. Though dated since its 2005 release its blend of horror and tactical puzzle design earned a cult following.
