TsuukaI!! Slot Shooting is a high intensity puzzle shooter where players race to clear a grid before it overflows. Blocks fall continuously from the top while you move freely to shoot and match three of the same color. Hitting that trio triggers a detonator which must be shot again when it syncs with the color at the grid’s base to erase blocks. The game starts with one of four layers unlocked and adds complexity as you progress. Up to two players can team up locally using split screen co op to tackle the onslaught together. The game’s sharp difficulty curve and precise mechanics set it apart. Released in 1996 it still runs on platforms like PlayStation 3 and Portable. Local co op remains a rare treat in puzzle games. Storyline
