Unctrl is a minimalist arcade shooter that boils combat down to a single button. You control a missile launcher at the bottom of the screen. Enemies swarm in from the right while constantly firing projectiles. Tap the button to launch a missile that automatically drifts downward. Hold the button to steer it upward. Every missed shot or enemy bullet that reaches you ends the game. The challenge comes from timing your shots to intercept both enemies and their attacks before they overwhelm your defenses. The game's brutal simplicity makes it easy to pick up but hard to master. Early waves offer a false sense of security before the action spirals into chaotic, high-speed dodges. Players report a steep learning curve that rewards precise reflexes over strategy. With no health bars or power-ups to manage, the focus stays purely on reaction time and split-second decisions.
